5. If release appears, note which agency reported it. Confirm through the jail record, court order, TDCJ discharge record, or federal source when proof is needed.

Wood County VINELink Release Fields

VINELink is an event and notification service, not a certified release-record archive. The exact fields depend on the participating data feed. Read the agency and timestamp with the custody label. A missing result has no single meaning. It may reflect a spelling issue, wrong identifier, nonparticipating agency, transfer, data delay, or a custody category outside the search. Absence is never affirmative release proof.
